摘要
铁通公司成立之初,主要经营有线电话和有线宽带业务,随着经济技术和移动通信行业的迅猛发展,有线电话和有线宽带业务逐渐失去优势。为了响应国家供给侧改革的号召,公司决定转向发展通信工程施工业务。公司业务大步转型的同时,给财务管理工作提出了更高的要求。论文以铁通公司为主要研究对象,分析转型期公司财务管理工作面临的问题及解决措施。
At the beginning of its establishment, Tietong mainly engaged in cable telephone and cable broadband services. With the rapid development of the economic technology and the mobile communication industry, the cable telephone and the cable broadband service are gradually losing their advantages. In response to the call of China's supply-side reform, the company decided to turn to the development communication engineering. Higher requirements for the financial management work have been put forward with the great transformation of the company's business. Taking Tietong Company as the main research object, the paper analyzes the problems and solutions to enterprise financial management in the transition period.
