摘要
近年我国的IT行业发展迅速,但人力资源存在一些问题制约了行业的高速发展,高等教育课程更新速度较慢,而IT行业知识更新速度较快等诸多问题导致人力资源匮乏,解决IT行业人力资源短缺等问题的关键在于继续教育。我国继续教育现状存在重要性认识不足、缺乏长远规划、教育模式单一等问题。课题组以河南省为中心开展调查,分析总结出IT行业继续教育人员的教育现状和继续教育需求,针对目前IT行业和继续教育存在的问题提出了对策。
In recent years, China's IT industry has developed rapidly, but there are some problems in human resources that restrict the rapid development of the industry. The update rate of higher education courses is slower, and the speed of knowledge update in the IT industry is fast, and many other problems lead to lack of human resources and solve human resources in the IT industry. The key to problems such as shortages is continuing education. There are problems such as insufficient understanding of the status quo of continuing education in China, lack of long-term planning, and a single educational model. The research team conducted a survey centered on Henan Province, analyzed and summarized the education status and continuing education needs of continuing education personnel in the IT industry, and proposed countermeasures against the current problems in the IT industry and continuing education.
