摘要

通过对公安大学生的心理防御机制、心理健康状况进行调查与分析,探讨大学生防御方式特点,以及防御方式与心理健康关系。在此基础上,从公安机关履职出发,针对公安大学生心理健康教育,提出富有建设性的完善心理防御机制、增进个体心理健康的建议。
        Through investigating and analyzing the psychological defense mechanism and mental health status of police college students, this paper discusses the characteristics of college students' defense style, and the relationship between defense style and mental health. On this basis, starting from public security organs' duty performance, this paper focuses on the mental health education for police college students, puts forward constructive suggestions for perfecting the psychological defense mechanism and improving individual mental health.
