摘要
为明晰大数据对安全科学发展的影响,从而把握大数据背景下的安全科学研究与发展方向,提出安全数据与安全大数据的概念。提炼基于安全大数据的安全科学研究的核心原理,分析安全大数据对安全科学研究的影响,构建并解析基于安全大数据的安全科学研究的基本范式体系。在此基础上,基于安全大数据对安全科学学科体系调整提出构想,提出安全大数据学的概念,并构建基于安全大数据的三维结构模型,指出安全大数据学的主要研究内容。研究结果表明:基于安全大数据非常有助于研究宏观安全规律,安全大数据学的产生是大势所趋,其主要研究内容包括安全大数据应用基础与安全大数据应用实践。
        In order to have a clear comprehension about the effects of big data on the development of safety science, then master the research and development directions of safety science in the era of big data, the definition of safety big data is proposed based on the connotation of big data. Meanwhile, the effects of big data on the development of safety science are analyzed, and the basic paradigm of safety science research based on safety big data is constructed and analyzed. Accordingly, reconstruction ideas of safety science discipline system is proposed based on safety big data; the definition of safety big data science is put forward; the three dimensions structure model of safety big data is constructed to point out its main research contents. The results show that safety big data is very helpful for studying macroscopical safety rules; the production of safety big data science is the general trend; and its main research contents include two aspects of application basis and practice.
