摘要

利用松岭林业局"十二五"期间森林经营数据,结合该林业局森林经营基础条件,对森林经营过程中存在的主要问题做了剖析。认为该林业局森林资源质量不高,林分结构失调,森林经营活动长期缺乏系统科学指导,停止的天然林商业性采伐对林区经济发展影响严重。从调整森林经营机构入手,提出相应的森林资源经营措施,以期提高森林经营成效,提升森林质量和生态功能。
        Based on the data of forest management during the 12 th Five-Year plan period of Songling forestry bureau and the basic conditions of forest management of Songling forestry bureau, the main problems in the process of forest management were analyzed.It is considered that the forest resources quality of the forestry bureau is not high, the forest structure is out of balance, and the forest management activities lack systematic and scientific guidance for a long time. The stop of commercial logging of natural forests has a serious impact on the economic development of forest areas.Starting with the adjustment of forest management institutions, the corresponding measures of forest resources management are put forward in order to improve the effectiveness of forest management,improve forest quality and ecological function.
