多次铬酸阳极氧化对7075-T7351铝合金基体疲劳性能的影响

摘要
铝合金是飞机主要结构材料,航空企业对其自身抗疲劳性能和相应的表面处理对基体疲劳性能的影响十分重视。以7075-T7351铝合金为研究对象,利用现代分析技术和国家标准方法,系统研究多次铬酸阳极氧化后对7075-T7351铝合金基体疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:对于光滑试样铬酸阳极氧化、退膜后再阳极氧化对基体疲劳性能有一定的影响,但重复阳极氧化工艺对中值疲劳寿命影响不大;对于缺口试样,无论那种阳极氧化方式对铝合金基体中值疲劳寿命影响不大。
        Aluminum alloy is the main structural material of aircraft. Aviation enterprises attach great importance to its own fatigue resistance and the corresponding surface treatment on the fatigue properties of the matrix. Taking 7075-T7351 aluminum alloy as the research object, the effect of multiple chromic acid anodizing on the fatigue properties of 7075-T7351 aluminum alloy matrix was systematically studied by using modern analytical technology and national standard method. The results show that for smooth samples, chromic acid anodizing and re-anodizing after film removal have a certain effect on the fatigue properties of matrix, but repeated anodizing process has little effect on the median fatigue life, and for notched specimens, no matter what kind of anodizing method has little effect on the median fatigue life of aluminum alloy matrix.
