大学生宪法文化建设中的信仰教育与制度构建

摘要
信仰教育和制度构建是大学生宪法文化建设中的"两大抓手"。其中,信仰教育作为一种根本性的社会价值取向和自觉的行为准则,须以新时代宪法理念来孕育宪法文化的理想;制度构建对大学生宪法文化建设起着指导、激励作用,体现新时代宪法精神。针对大学生宪法文化建设中存在的一些障碍,通过健全大学生宪法文化科学化水平的长效性机制,培养大学生宪法文化建设的现代化理念,以及构建大学生宪法文化建设的制度体系等三个维度,加强大学生宪法文化建设,培育信仰教育。
Belief education and system construction are the two main points in building the constitutional culture of university students. Among them,belief education,as a fundamental social value orientation and self-conscious behavior criterion,must give birth to the ideal of constitutional culture with the concept of the new era constitution,and the construction of the system plays a guiding and stimulating role in building the university students' constitutional culture and embodies the spirit of the new era constitution. In view of the obstacles in building the university students' constitution culture,we can strengthen the construction of the constitution culture of university students and cultivate faith education by improving the long-term mechanism of the scientific level of the university students' constitutional culture,cultivating the modern concept of the construction of the constitution culture of the university students and building the system of the construction of the constitution culture of the university students.
