基于创新创业能力培养的高等农业院校电气工程类专业人才培养模式的改革与探索

摘要
针对我国高校创新创业教育还未形成一个符合我国国情、系统化、制度化、有良好推广性的教育体系,我院根据学生专业特点改革创新人才培养模式,探索出"一轴四轮一引擎"的创新创业体系,在激发学生的创新创业热情、提高学生创新创业能力方面取得了显著效果。
In view of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's universities, a systematized, institutionalized and well popularized education system has not been formed in accordance with the national conditions of our country. Reform and innovation talent training mode, the innovation system of "one axis and four wheels one engine" is explored in accordance with the professional characteristics of the students,to stimulate student's enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, improve the ability of students to innovate and entrepreneurship, has achieved remarkable results.
