媒体融合背景下高校思想政治教育工作的创新思路

摘要
近两年,我国媒体融合走向多元融合、融合升级的新阶段,呈现出移动优先、交互升级和融合集群的新特征。作为一种新的信息传播分享形式,媒体融合改变着当代大学生的学习生活方式和思想观念,与我国高校思想政治教育工作存在内在联系。一方面,为我国高校思想政治教育工作的创新提供了条件;另一方面,思想政治教育工作推动了媒体融合的良性发展。同时,媒体融合的发展给我国高校思想政治教育带来新的挑战,对此,高校思想政治教育工作者在教育过程中必须做到回归内容本源,实现内容营销,多元化教育渠道,加强顶层设计,丰富教育手段,提升师生的互动合力,扩大思想政治教育的影响力、感染力和传播力。
In the past two years,China's media convergence has ushering into a new stage of pluralistic convergence and convergence upgrading, presenting new features of mobile priority,interactive upgrading and convergence cluster. As a new form of information dissemination and sharing,media integration has changed the study lifestyle and ideological concepts of contemporary college students, and has an inherent relationship with the ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities. On the one hand, it provides conditions for the innovation of ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities.On the other hand,ideological and political education work is promoted. It has promoted the sound development of media convergence. At the same time, the development of media convergence has posed new challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore,ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities must return to the origin of content, realize content marketing, diversify education channels, strengthen top-level design,enrich educational means,enhance the interaction between teachers and students,and expand the influence,appeal and transmission power of the ideological and political education.
