基于海警舰艇实战化训练的教员队伍建设研究

摘要
海警舰艇实战化训练是海警执勤能力生成的有效途径之一,基于实战化训练的教员队伍建设是决定训练效能的关键因素。通过分析海警舰艇指挥类人才的三个培养阶段和专业岗位的任职能力,提出建设基于海警舰艇实战化训练教员队伍的基本原则和主要途径。
The actual combat training of marine police vessels is one of the effective ways to generate the operational ability of marine police. The construction of the teaching staff based on the actual combat training is the key factor to determine the training effectiveness. Through the analysis of the three training stages of marine police command talents and the competence of professional posts, this paper puts forward the basic principles and main ways to build a team of combat training instructors for marine police vessels.
