影响临床尿常规检验的因素及应对策略

摘要
目的分析影响临床尿常规检验的因素及应对策略。方法选取本院2016年9月—2017年9月进行尿常规检验的患者1 200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各600例,观察组对影响因素实施精细化应对策略,对照组对影响因素实施常规应对措施,观察两组在各影响因素方面的发生率。结果观察组检验不合格率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论影响临床尿常规检验的因素包括样本采集、运输保存以及检验分析,患者需要与检验人员合作,保证整个过程顺利进行,提高尿常规检验的准确率,为临床诊断提供有价值的参考依据。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and coping strategies of clinical urine routine test. Methods In this study, 1 200 patients who underwent routine urine test in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 600 cases in each group. The observation group implemented detailed response measures to the influencing factors and the control group implemented routine response measures to the influencing factors, and the incidence of each influencing factor was observed in both groups. Results The test unqualified rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Papaver poppy affecting clinical urine routine test includes application, collection, transportation, preservation and test. Patients cooperate with test personnel to ensure the smooth progress of the whole process, improve the accuracy of urine routine test Aduh, and provide valuable reference for clinical diagnosis.
