新时代背景下公安强警的方略探究

摘要
新时代背景下,社会的主要矛盾被赋予了新的内涵。人民警察要不断获得高效履行社会治理职责、为人民群众提供满意社会服务的能力,作为管理和培养警察的公安机关或高校,就必须强化警察的政治学习,提高他们的政治素质和政治觉悟;统筹利用全国和地方性教育资源,打造特色专业,按需进行差异化培养,实现高素质警力的不断供给;注重各类工作培训实效,力争培训与能力提升同步;营造良好的警营文化,实现文化育警;创新公安管理体制机制,畅通民警履职渠道;适时引进高新技术、加强相关方面的科学研究,增强民警适应社会治安新形势的实战能力。
Under the background of the new era, the main contradiction of society has been endowed with new connotations. For the people's policemen continuously acquiring the ability to perform their duties of social governance efficiently and providing satisfactory social services to the people, the public security organs or universities that manage and train the police should take the following measures as strengthening police's political learning to improve their political quality and political consciousness;making overall use of national and local educational resources, creating special majors, differentiating training according to needs to realize the continuous supply of high-quality police force; focusing on the effectiveness of various types of job training to strive to synchronize training with capacity enhancement;creating a good police camp culture to achieve cultural police education; innovating public security institutional mechanisms to open the channels for police to perform their duties; timely introducing new and high technology, strengthening scientific research in relevant fields to enhance the actual combat ability of the police to adapt to the new situation of social security.
