摘要

在我国生态文明建设关键时期,智慧环保建设也初具雏形。本文以此为契机,简要分析了我国智慧环保平台建设情况,并从政治角度、规范管理和业务需求几个方面分析了区县级环保局智慧环保平台建设的必要性。为了建设安全可靠、实用的平台,必须加强网络安全建设,注重环境监测子系统建设,提高数据库智能化水平。
        In the critical period of China's ecological civilization construction, the construction of smart and environmental protection has also taken shape. Taking this as an opportunity, this paper briefly analyzes the construction of China's smart environmental protection platform, and analyzes the necessity of building a smart environmental protection platform for district and county environmental protection bureaus from the perspectives of politics, standard management and business needs. In order to build a safe, reliable and practical platform, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of network security, pay attention to the construction of environmental monitoring subsystems, and improve the level of database intelligence.
