大数据视野下侦查新技战法研究

摘要
当今社会已经进入了大数据时代,大数据技术因其预测性的特点进而可用于侦查技战法的创新应用,基于大数据平台进而衍生出图像轨迹侦查法、基于异常数据的侦查假设法、合成侦查法、监控预警侦查法。但是当前应用大数据技术也存在着"数据废气"、侦查协作壁垒问题等诸多问题。因而应统一录入标准,构建专业的大数据挖掘队伍,同时完善隐私保护的相关配套体系构建,进而创新大数据侦查的思路,创新大数据背景下侦查新技战法的应用。
Today's society has entered the era of big data. Large data technology can be used to detect the innovative application of technology and war method because of its predictive characteristics. Based on large data platform, it derives image trajectory detection method, investigation hypothesis based on abnormal data, synthetic investigation method, monitoring and early warning detection method. However, there are still many problems in the application of big data technology, such as "data exhaust", investigation and cooperation barriers. Therefore, we should make a unified entry standard, build a professional large data mining team and improve the construction of relevant supporting system for privacy protection, and then innovate the idea of large data investigation, and innovate the application of new technique and war method under the background of large data.
