天津现代农业产业技术体系建设与发展方向

摘要
根据农业部和财政部发布的关于地方开展现代农业产业技术体系建设工作的指导意见,天津市已启动天津市现代农业产业技术体系建设工作。笔者通过对天津现代农业产业技术体系发展的现状进行调查,针对实施乡村振兴战略、实现农业农村现代化新任务、新要求,提出建立科学规范的管理制度、强化体系资源优化配置、提高体系开放对接程度等方面的建设思路和发展方向,以期为天津现代农业产业技术体系带来更加丰硕的成果,促进天津现代农业健康持续发展。
According to the guidance issued by the ministry of agriculture and the ministry of finance on local modern agricultural technology system, Tianjin has launched the construction of modern agricultural industrial technology system in this Municipality.Through a lot of research,the present situation of the development of modern agricultural industry technology system in Tianjin was studied,aiming at carrying out the strategy of rural revitalization and realizing the new tasks and requirements of agricultural and rural modernization, the construction ideas and development directions of establishing scientific and standardized management system,strengthening the optimal allocation of system resources, and improving the degree of system opening and docking were put forward, in order to bring more fruitful results to Tianjin's modern agricultural industrial technology system, promoting the healthy and sustainable development of modern agriculture in Tianjin.
