摘要
为解决当前电网调度类数据质量评价方法维度单一、覆盖面不全及客观性缺失等问题,基于现有电网调度数据质量评价系统,设计一种考虑多维度电网调度数据质量的综合分析与评价系统。针对电网设备模型数据(参数)、电网稳态数据及电网故障特征数据,从多个角度提取数据质量的评价指标,通过对各指标数据的主客观权重配比确定其综合评分。将该系统部署于某一地区智能电网调度控制平台的Ⅲ区,通过Webservice的方式进行发布与调阅等一系列流程,结果表明所设计的多维度电网数据质量评价系统便于为电网调度人员提供更为直观的综合数据考核与评价手段,从而能够确保电网调度系统安全、可靠的运行。
        A comprehensive analysis and evolution system for multi-dimensional power grid dispatch data quality is designed in this paper to solve issues such as single dimension,incomplete coverage and lack of objectivity in data quality evaluation of power grid dispatching. The evaluation index of data quality is extracted according to the grid model parameters,the grid steady-state data and the grid fault characteristic data. The weight of this system assessment is determined and the comprehensive score is generated all based on the entropy value of the index combined with the subjective weight selection method. The system is deployed in Ⅲ-area of a real smart grid dispatch control system,and a series of procedure are carried out through the web service way. The results show that this designed multi-dimensional power grid data quality evaluation system could provide a more intuitive integrated data assessment and evaluation method for the grid dispatching personnel,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid dispatching system.
