半夏泻心汤加味联合西药治疗寒热错杂型胃食管反流病的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨胃食管反流病患者单纯应用西药及联合半夏泻心汤加味治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2015年01月至2017年12月收治的胃食管反流病患者74例为研究对象,32例行奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗者作为对照组,42例行奥美拉唑+多潘立酮+半夏泻心汤治疗者作为实验组,对比两组用药效果。结果①实验组临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);②实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药基础上,给予胃食管反流病患者半夏泻心汤加味治疗,可有效改善临床症状,促进症状恢复,增强疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of western medicine combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods A total of 74 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. Thirty-two patients were treated with omeprazole plus domperidone as a control group, and 42 patients received omeprazole+. The domperidone + Banxia Xiexin Decoction was used as an experimental group to compare the effects of the two groups. Results Firstly, the clinical symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Secondly, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine, the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms, promote symptom recovery and enhance curative effect. It is worth promoting.
