党建标准化研究热点的文献计量分析及对卫生机构党建工作的启示

摘要
目的:分析党建标准化研究现状及对卫生机构党建工作的启示。方法:检索2008-2017年中国知网(CNKI)数据库文献,运用文献计量学方法、书目信息共现分析系统(BICOMB)、图形聚类工具(gCluto)进行文献计量分析,对高频关键词词篇矩阵进行聚类可视化分析。结果:检出文献517篇,刊登在262种刊物上,呈逐年上升趋势;关键词双聚类分析为3类。结论:党建标准化研究的关注热点集中在党支部的功能与作用以及标准化管理研究、企业党建标准化的实践与探索、基层党组织的科学化规范化制度化建设以及质量管理体系的探索与应用等方面。
Objective: To analyze the current situation of the standardization research of party construction in China and its enlightenment for party construction work of health institution. Methods: The literatures of CNKI database from 2008 to 2017 were searched, and bibliometrics method, bibliographic item co-occurrence matrix builder(BICOMB), graphical clustering toolkit(gCluto) were applied to implement bibliometric analysis. And cluster visualized analysis were implemented for term papers matrixes of high-frequency keywords. Results: There were 517 articles that were published on 262 journals, which appeared an ascending trend. And the result of double cluster analysis for keywords was 3 clusters. Conclusion: The hotspot of standardization research of party construction focuses on the function and effect of party branch, research of standardization management, practice and exploration of party construction standardization of enterprise, and the construction of scientization, normalization and systematization of primary party organization, and exploration and application of quality management system and other aspects.
