淬火+高温回火对BZH5541E模具钢组织和性能的影响

摘要
研究了不同温度淬火及回火对国产新型热作模具钢BZH5541E组织及性能的影响。结果表明,在920~1070℃淬火温度范围内,随着淬火加热温度不断提高,BZH5541E模具钢组织逐步粗化,沿晶界析出的网状碳化物逐步增多,冲击性能下降。在780~840℃范围内进行高温回火,对BZH5541E模具钢的显微组织和冲击性能影响不大。采用920℃淬火+800℃高温回火处理能够获得与等温球化退火相同的球状珠光体+弥散分布的细粒状碳化物的理想组织。
        The effects of quenching and tempering at different temperatures on the microstructure and properties of a new high quality hot work die steel made in China were studied. The results show that with the increase of quenching heating temperature in the range of 920-1070 ℃,the microstructure of BZH5541 E die steel gradually coarsens,the reticulated carbides precipitated along grain boundaries gradually increase,and the impact properties decreases. The microstructure and impact properties of BZH5541 E die steel has little change when tempering at 780-840 ℃. The ideal microstructures of spherical pearlite and fine granular carbide with the same distribution as isothermal spheroidizing annealing can be obtained when quenched at 920 ℃ and tempered at 800 ℃.
