UV数码喷印技术在漆艺产品设计中的应用

摘要
目的对漆艺产品设计在表面装饰过程中技术手段的应用进行研究。方法是以当前漆艺产品的手工制作特性为研究基础,分析生漆和颜料等媒介材质在漆艺产品表面装饰应用的艺术特点,这不仅对操作者的手工技艺要求高,而且产量低难以满足工业化生产的要求,因而在漆艺产品设计过程中寻求科技手段的支撑有着极强的现实必要性。具体内容以漆艺产品在表面装饰过程中应用UV数码喷印技术为案例,通过对不同造型类别漆艺产品如何实施UV数码喷印、喷印过程的技术要求及其所产生的价值意义进行阐述。结论是在当前漆艺产品设计过程中有效使用UV数码喷印技术能提高生产效率,扩大手工业经济,传承漆艺文化,满足广大公众对富有意味产品的审美需求,并进而例证了科技与艺术相融合的时代要求。
The aim is to study the application of the technology of product design in lacquer surface decoration process. The method is based on the handmade characteristics of current art products, to discuss the art characteristic of raw lacquer and paint and other media materials in lacquer product surface decoration application. The traditional method not only requires the high level handcraftsmanship of the operator, but the output is also low which is difficult to meet the demands of industrial production. Seeking technology support in the process of lacquer product design has a strong realistic necessity.Using the application of UV digital printing technology in lacquer products decoration process as example,this paper elaborates how to implement the UV digital printing, printing process and its technical requirements in lacquer art products. Conclusion: effective use of UV digital jet printing technology in lacquer art design can improve the production efficiency, expand the handicraft industry economy, help inheritance of lacquer culture,and meet the general public's aesthetic demand for meaningful products. This is a example of integration of science and technology with art.
