摘要
根据调查统计,自2017年以来,EPC管理模式在建筑行业中的占有率超过50%,正逐渐成为众多工程总承包模式中的重要模式,其所占比例正在逐年增加。而继CAD之后,由BIM技术带来的建筑业热潮正在快速兴起,随着我国住建部一系列文件的颁布,BIM得到了更加充分的肯定。由此可见,在EPC管理模式下引入BIM技术将是总承包项目实现数据化管理的必然趋势,但在当前建筑行业的BIM技术实践过程中,BIM技术在进度管理方面并未普及,尤其是结合EPC工程更是涉及不广,导致BIM应用基础薄弱,甚至会造成EPC项目重大损失。以BIM技术在EPC项目中的应用为出发点,分析传统工程进度管理的局限性,以及研究BIM技术在工程进度管理中的应用情况,阐述BIM技术在工程进度管理中的优势及作用具有十分重要的现实意义。
The statistics show that EPC management,an important mode among various general managing contracts,has already accounted for over 50% in the construction industry since 2017 and its proportion is increasing year by year as. At the same time,the BIM technology,supported by a series of specifications released by China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development,brings about new enthusiasm for the construction industry after the CAD technology. This indicates that it will be an irresistible trend to introduce the BIM technology into the EPC management if general managing contracting is digitalized. However,the technology has not been applied widely to progress management in current practice,esp. in the combination with EPC,which may even results in great losses of EPC projects. In the paper below,a discussion of great practical significance was presented about the advantages and roles of the BIM technology for project progress management on the basis of an analysis of the limitations of tradtional practices,aiming to further the application of the technology in EPC projects.
