新型全液压煤矿用巷道修复机研制与应用

摘要
针对煤矿井下低矮变形巷道围岩修复治理施工困难、施工机具不专业等问题,并结合煤矿井下围岩修复治理施工需要,研制了WPZ-55/50L型煤矿用巷道修复机。现场工业性试验结果表明:修复机参数设计合理,具有机身窄、解体性好、自动化程度高、便于井下搬迁运输及施工安全性高等特点,该修复机的成功研制为煤矿井下低矮变形巷道围岩修复治理的快速可靠施工提供了装备保障。
        In view of the difficulties in repairing and controlling the surrounding rock of low deformation roadway in underground coal mine and the unprofessional construction equipment, WPZ-55/50 L roadway repair machine for coal mine was developed according to the needs of surrounding rock repair and treatment in underground coal mine. The field industrial test results show that the parameters of the repair machine are designed reasonably, with features of narrow fuselage, good disintegration, high degree of automation, and high safety for underground relocation, transportation and construction. The successful development of the repair machine provides equipment support for the rapid and reliable construction of the surrounding rock repair and treatment of low deformation roadway in the underground coal mine.
