谎言识别技术在刑事侦查中的应用与发展

摘要
在刑事侦查中,谎言识别技术的正确应用有利于提高办案效率和准确率。该技术在刑事侦查中的应用范围广泛,可贯穿于整个侦查阶段。目前,不同的谎言识别技术在刑事侦查中的应用状况不尽相同,了解各类谎言识别技术的基本原理和研究进展有利于进一步明确技术的特点及其在刑事侦查中的适用情形,发挥谎言识别技术对刑事侦查的推动作用,为今后测谎工作的发展提供依据。
In criminal investigation, the correct application of lie recognition technology can improve the efficiency and accuracy of handling the case. The technology is widely used in criminal investigation and can be used in the whole investigation stage. At present, the application of different lie recognition techniques in criminal investigation is not the same. Understanding the basic principles and research progress of all kinds of lie recognition technology is helpful to further clarify the characteristics of the technology and its application in criminal investigation, play a great role in the promotion of the lie recognition technology to the criminal investigation and provide the basis for the development of lie detection in the future.
