摘要
教师培训是在职教师继续教育的重要形式,对教师培训项目进行问题诊断与质量评估势在必行。本研究以H师范大学"国培项目"为依托,对教师参训目的、教师培训内容、培训方式、培训方法和培训考核方式进行了调查,发现影响教师培训效果的原因有:参训需求不明确,影响培训实效性;培训方案不完善,缺乏针对性;参训学员选拔方式单一化,制约培训积极性;效果评估方式片面化,缺少科学性。新时代教师培训质量的提升,应强化培训机构服务意识和质量意识,丰富课程内容和优化培训方式,强化参训教师的参训动机和态度,建立健全培训质量评价制度。
        Teacher training is an important form of continuing education for in-service teacher.It is imperative to diagnose problems and evaluate qualities of the training programs.Based on the"National Training Project"of H Normal University,this study investigated the purposes of teachers who participated in the training,the training contents and the methods as well as the approaches,and the training assessment modes.Results found that the following reasons effect the teacher training:(1)the demand of training is unclear,which will affect the effectiveness of the training effect,(2)the training scheme is not complement and lacks pertinence,(3)the selection mode for the training students is simplified,which will restrict their enthusiasm,and(4)the effect-evaluation method is one-sided,which lacks scientificity.In order to improve the quality of teacher training in the new era,it should strengthen the service consciousness and quality consciousness of training institutions,should enrich course contents and optimize the training methods,should improve motivations and attitudes of the teachers who participate in the training,should establish and amplify the training quality evaluation system.
