侦破“盗抢骗”案件的合成侦查路径初探

摘要
"盗抢骗"案件是指盗窃、抢夺、诈骗、销赃等四类多发性侵财案件。当前由于认识缺失、警力不足和"盗抢骗"案件本身的一些特点导致案件侦破效果不佳。合成侦查因为本身具备的节奏快、手段多和情报整合科学等优势成为"盗抢骗"案件侦破效益更高的方法。通过警力资源合成、情报信息合成和侦查措施合成,可提升"盗抢骗"案件侦破效果。
"Theft robbery and fraud" cases refer to the four multiple cases against property of the theft, robbery,fraud and selling pilferage. At present, due to the lack of adequate understanding, the insufficiency of police force and some characteristics of "theft robbery and fraud" cases, the cases investigation are not satisfactory. The synthetic investigation with its typical features of fast-pace, multi means and scientific intelligence integration has become an very effective method of coping with "theft robbery and fraud". Through the synthesis of police resources, information and investigation measures, the cases investigation effect will be greatly improved.
