摘要

随着市场竞争不断加剧,使得财务管理在企业运营中的重要性越来越突出,要在提高企业财务管理水平基础上,加强企业财务风险控制能力。本文主要围绕财务风险概念、财务管理重要意义、控制财务风险必要性、企业财务管理中存在的风险因素、企业财务风险控制措施等方面展开讨论,结合企业实际情况,提出构建企业财务预警指标体系、完善投资决策机制等措施,是财务管理实施的有效途径。
        With the increasing competition in the market, the importance of financial management in enterprise operations has become more and more prominent. On the basis of improving the financial management level of enterprises, the financial risk control ability of enterprises should be strengthened. This paper discusses the concept of financial risk, the importance of financial management, the necessity of financial risk control, the risk factors in corporate financial management, and the financial risk control measures of enterprises. Based on the actual situation of enterprises, this paper proposes the measures, such as constructing a financial early warning indicator system,improving investment decision-making mechanisms, and so on, which are the effective ways to implement financial management.
