高等教育强国建设需要什么样的高等教育国际化

摘要
建设高等教育强国是一项复杂的系统工程。立足高等教育强国的基本内涵和构成要素,探寻并抓住其根本和永恒性主题,解决相应的"不平衡不充分"问题,是建设高等教育强国的理性选择。动态优化高等教育结构是建设高等教育强国的根本条件,全面提升高等教育质量是建设高等教育强国的内在要求,深度实现高等教育公平是建设高等教育强国的重要承诺,统筹推进高等教育国际化是建设高等教育强国的战略抉择,系统加强高等教育治理现代化是建设高等教育强国的基本保障。
Building the higher education power is a complex systematic project.It's a rational choice to explore its fundamental eternal theme and solve the corresponding problem of insufficiency and imbalance,based on the basic connotation and constituent elements of higher education power.It thinks that optimizing the structure of higher education dynamically is the fundamental condition;improving the quality of higher education comprehensively is the inherent requirement;realizing the equity of higher education adequately is the important commitment;promoting the internationalization of higher education is the strategic choice;strengthening the modernization of higher education governance is the basic guarantee.
