摘要
在查阅、总结相关文献资料的基础上,结合大学生就业创业指导工作的实际经验,高校毕业生就业质量可以归纳为毕业生满意度、社会评价满意度、雇主满意度三个部分。采用德尔菲法,征求毕业生就业工作领域内专家意见,确定就业质量评价体系具体指标。采用层次分析法,邀请专家对各指标判断矩阵打分,计算各级指标权重并进行一致性检验。将各指标划分为若干等级,根据指标权重对各等级赋予分值,最终建立高校毕业生就业质量评分体系。
This paper,by consulting and summarizing relevant literature and by using practical experience gained from offering college graduates guidance on employment and innovative undertaking,comes to the conclusion that there are three benchmarks against which the quality of college graduates' employment can be measured.The three benchmarks are as follows:the degree of satisfaction of college graduates,of social evaluation,and of employers.Apart from that,by virtue of the Delphi method,and by consulting experts in this field,the specific indicators of the evaluation system of college graduates' employment are determined.In addition,by using analytic hierarchy process,the author invites experts to grade the judgement matrix and calculate the weight of every indicator and finally to conduct consistency checks.After grading every indicator,every grade of the indicators is assigned a certain number of points.As a result,the evaluation system of college graduates' employment is established.
