摘要
尿素在水环境氮循环中起重要作用,但不易检测。文章讨论了在不同条件下研究尿素与二乙酰单肟的比色反应,反应温度和时间、不同浓度的试剂条件下尿素浓度测定的影响,并确定最佳反应条件。结果表明,尿素混合物在85℃的水浴上加热30min,加热完以后浸入自来水中冲洗冷却10min,冷却后稳定放置1h,用1cm比色皿在520nm波长在分光光度计下测量吸光度是最为稳定的。
