片式电感用FeSiAl磁芯材料研制

摘要
磁芯材料是决定片式电感元件性能的关键。本文采用球磨工艺制备片状FeSiAl磁粉,并对片状FeSiAl磁粉表面进行Si O2包覆处理。结果表明,10h球磨时间制备的片状Fe Si Al扁平化效果好;片状Fe Si Al磁粉表面包覆Si O2绝缘层后的磁损耗降低,可用作片式功率电感的磁芯。
        Performances of the chip inductor depend mainly on the magnetic core materials. In this paper, the flaky Fe Si Al magnetic powders were prepared by the ball milling process, and surfaces of the FeSiAl magnetic powders were wrapped with SiO2. The results show that flattening effect on the FeSiAl is better when the milling time is 10 h. When the flaky Fe Si Al powders are successfully coated with insulative layers of SiO2, the magnetic loss becomes lower, which is valuable to be used in the design of chip power inductors.
