摘要
目的杞参膏联合角膜吸氧治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取我科室就诊的干眼患者共40例(80眼),采用随机数字表进行分组,对照组和试验组。对照组用0.1%的玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼进行常规治疗,4次/日,试验组口服杞参膏,2次/日,5 mL/次,加上角膜局部吸氧,1次/日,20 min/次,治疗时间均为30 d。结果治疗结束后,试验组效果优于对照组,且分别进行组间比较和组内比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。试验组有效率为90%大于对照组有效率60%,泪膜破裂时间,泪液分泌实验,角膜荧光素钠染色和患者自觉症状试验组均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜吸氧疗法联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症效果优于单纯玻璃酸钠治疗效果,对于临床干眼症治疗有一定的指导意义。
        Objective To study of the clinical effect of Qishen ointment combined with corneal oxygenation in the treatment of dry eyes. Methods Collecting cases of dry eye patients from ophthalmology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A total of 40 patients(80 eyes) were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table. The control group was treated with 0.1 % sodium hyaluronate eye drops, four times a day. The experimental group was given oral administration of Qishen ointment, 10ml/two times a day, in addition, experimental group was given local oxygen inhalation, one times a day, 20 minutes each time. Both groups were treated for 30 days. Group comparison and intra group comparison were conducted respectively. Results The experimental group had better effect(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The effective rate of the experimental group was 90 %, which was higher than that of the control group(60%). The time of tear film rupture, tear secretion, the corneal fluorescein sodium staining and the conscious symptoms and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion The corneal local oxygen therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate drops is effective in the treatment of dry eyes, and has a definite effect on the clinical treatment of dry eyes.
