摘要
介绍了安钢1~#360m~2烧结机大修对烧结机、环冷机、整粒系统和输灰系统进行的一系列技术改造。通过改造,1~#360m~2烧结机的利用系数由改造前的1.1t·m~2/h/h提高至1.3t·m~2/h,烧结工序能耗由41.67kgce/t降低到39.99kgce/t,有利于实现炼铁系统提质、降本、增效。
        The paper introduces a series of technical reformation for sintering machine,circular cooler,granulizing system,and dust conveying system during No.1 360 m~2 sintering machine overhaul of Anyang Iron and Steel Group.Through the reformation,the utilization coefficient of No.1 360 m~2 sintering machine is improved from 1.1 t·m~2/h before reformation to1.3 t·m~2/h.The energy consumption of sintering process is reduced from 41.67 kgce/t to 39.99 kgce/t,better for achieving the iron making system's quality improvement,cost reduction,and efficiency increase.
