摘要

目的分析关节镜下肩袖修补术患者实施围术期护理流程优化的效果。方法选取2017年1月—12月期间在我院接受关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗的120例肩袖损伤患者,将其随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患者实施传统护理,观察组患者实施围术期护理流程优化干预,观察比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下肩袖修补术患者围术期护理流程优化的临床效果显著,值得借鉴推广。
        Objective To explore and analyze the perioperative nursing process optimization and effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods 120 cases of rotator cuff injury treated by arthroscopic rotator cuff repair were randomly selected from January to December 2017. They were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention. The patients in the observation group were treated with perioperative nursing process optimization nursing intervention. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of the patients in the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the perioperative nursing intervention on the arthroscopic rotator cuff repair patients was significant.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
