个性化护理干预对102例痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者康复效果观察

摘要
目的探讨个性化护理干预痔疮术后排尿排便困难的积极影响。方法选取2016年3月到2017年3月我院收治的痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者共102例,随机抽签分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施积极的个性化护理干预,比较患者的排尿、排便以及排便所用时间等指标情况。结果观察组患者术后首次排尿时间、排便时间及排便耗时均较对照组缩短(P<0.05);观察组患者术后VAS疼痛评分及SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对痔疮术后患者排尿排便困难患者给予个性化护理干预,能有效促进术后患者排尿、排便,降低患者疼痛感知,降低抑郁水平,具有积极推广意义。
Objective To explore the positive effect of individualized nursing intervention onpostoperative dysuria and defecation of hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 102 patients with dysuria after hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 51 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,whilethe observation group was given active personalized nursing intervention,and the patients' urination,defecation and defecation time were compared. Results The first postoperative urination time,defecation time and defecation time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative VAS pain score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for patients with dysuria after hemorrhoid surgery can effectively promote postoperative patients' urination and defecation,reduce patients' pain perception and level,and has positive significance of promotion.
