点穴治疗颈椎病、腰椎病述评

摘要
点穴手法为主治疗颈部疾患常用方法:单纯点穴手法治疗,点穴结合其他推拿手法治疗,点穴手法结合其他治疗方式。点穴手法为主治疗腰部疾患常用方法:单纯点穴手法治疗,点穴手法为主结合针刺治疗,点穴手法为主结合其他疗法治疗。目前,关于颈椎病的中医证候类型有5个,腰椎间盘突出症证候分型有4个,缺乏中医辨证,颈椎病、腰椎病没有明确的证候分型,势必影响点穴推拿疗法的推广。手法施术中,多数医者主穴不明,选穴较多,缺乏统一标准,另一方面,点穴手法操作缺乏量化研究,如点穴力度、方向、时间、频率等均会影响临床疗效。点穴手法治疗颈椎病、腰椎病,应遵循标准化、规范化研究,针对性选取中医证型,进行辨证论治,量化操作手法,注重最佳穴位筛选,规范主穴、配穴处方组合,并采用多中心大样本随机对照试验研究,同时制定远期疗效随访计划,为点穴推拿手法推广的新突破口。
The commonly-used techniques to treat neck diseases by using digital acupoint pressure are as follows:single digital acupoint pressure,digital acupoint pressure combined with other massage therapy,digital acupoint pressure combined with other treatment methods.The commonly-used techniques to treat waist diseases by using digital acupoint pressure are as follows:single digital acupoint pressure,digital acupoint pressure combined with acupuncture therapy,digital acupoint pressure combined with other treatment methods.At present,there are 5 types of TCM syndromes about cervical spondylosis,4 types of syndromes of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.But the present research lacks of TCM syndrome differentiation,cervical spondylosis and lumbar disease have not definite syndrome differentiation,which will inevitably affect the promotion of digital acupoint pressure and massage therapy.On the one hand,On the other hand,there is no quantitative study on the manipulation of digital acupoint pressure,such as potency dimension,direction,time,frequency and so on,which all influence the clinical efficacy.Therefore,treating cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis by using digital acupoint pressure should follow standardized and normalization;research,select TCM syndrome type exactly,carry out syndrome differentiation,quantify operation techniques,pay attention to the best selection of acupoints,standardize the combination of main points and subsidiary points,vuse the multi-center large-sample randomized controlled trial study,formulatie the long-term effect follow-up plans at the same time in order to discover a new breakthrough for the promotion of digital acupoint pressure and massage therapy.
