中药制剂脉斑灵胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨应用中药制剂脉斑灵胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化、斑块形成以及内中膜增厚患者的临床疗效。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检查,诊断为颈动脉内中膜增厚、动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的患者。口服脉斑灵胶囊1个疗程后,再行彩色多普勒超声检查,并与治疗前进行比较。结果 70例受检者治疗1个疗程后,173枚斑块消失74枚,治愈率为42.77%(74/173),治疗有效为150枚,有效率为86.71%(150/173);109处内中膜增厚,治疗后小于0.9mm为56处,有效22处,治愈率为51.38%(56/109),有效率为71.56%(78/109)。结论中药脉斑灵胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化疗效显著,能使硬化斑块减小或消失、增厚的血管内膜变薄,延缓病程进展,降低心脑血管事件引起的致残率,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of Chinese traditional chinese medicine blood pulse maibanling capsule in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis,plaque formation and thickening of internal and middle membrane.Methods Color doppler ultrasonography was used to diagnose patients with thickening of carotid artery and atherosclerotic plaque.After 1 course of treatment,the color doppler ultrasonography was examined and compared with the treatment before treatment.Results In 70 patients treated with 1 course of treatment,173 plaque disappeared,and the cure rate was 42.77%(74/173).The effective rate of treatment was 150,and the effective rate was 86.71%(150/173).In the 70 patients,109 places the thickness of the inner membrane were increased,and the treatment was less than 0.9 mm at 56,effective 22,the cure rate was 51.38%(56/109),and the total effective rate was 71.56%(78/109).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine blood pulse maibanling capsule treatment of carotid atherosclerosis is significant in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.It can reduce or disappear the plaque,thicken the intimal thinning,slow down the progress of the disease,reduce the disability rate caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,and improve the quality of life.
