苓桂术甘汤联合温阳通络法针灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

摘要
目的探讨苓桂术甘汤联合温阳通络法针灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的应用效果及对通气、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2019年1月收治的120例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组和C组,各40例。A组给予苓桂术甘汤治疗,B组给予温阳通络针灸法治疗,C组给予苓桂术甘汤联合温阳通络针灸法治疗。统计3组治疗后临床总有效率、治疗前后通气功能及免疫功能。结果治疗后,C组临床总有效率明显高于A、B组(P <0. 05);与治疗前比较,治疗后3组FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC均显著增高,且C组显著高于A、B组(P <0. 01);与治疗前比较,治疗后3组Ig A、Ig M水平均显著增高,且C组显著高于A、B组(P <0. 01)。结论苓桂术甘汤联合温阳通络法针灸治疗可显著改善COPD患者通气功能及免疫功能,提高临床总有效率,值得临床推广引用。
Objective To explore the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with Wenyang Tongluo method acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of COPD and its effect on ventilation and immune function. Methods 120 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction,group B was treated with Wenyang tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion,and group C was treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction and Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical total effective rate,ventilation function and immune function before and after treatment were counted in the 3 groups. Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B( P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the levels of FEV1,PEF,FEV1/FVC was significantly increased in the 3 groups after treatment,and group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B( P <0. 01). Compared with before treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig M was significantly increased in the 3 groups after treatment,and group C was significantly higher than that in group A and B( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with Wenyang Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the ventilation function and immune function of COPD patients,and improve the total clinical efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
