“油灯理论”在治疗不寐中的应用

摘要
不寐时君火过旺的原因是相火妄动,不能寄于肝肾之阴,如油灯耗尽,灯头、灯芯干灼,灯火短暂变亮。肝胆之气推动气机,调理脾胃升降,如灯油一样上济于灯头,而灯芯所在的空间正是三焦之所在。"油灯理论"可把不寐分为肾水不足型,需大补肾水,相当于添加灯油,上润肝肾,起到"壮水之主,以制阳光"的作用;肝阴不足型,需滋阴清热,疏肝和胃,相当于添灯油、润灯芯,并引之上润于灯头,则心火必减,引阳入阴而能安睡;心阴不足型,需心、肝、肾三阴并补,相当于对一个油灯同时添灯油、润灯芯和灯头。
The reason for the excessive sovereign fire during insomnia is hyperactivity of ministerial fire,which leads to the failure to be sent to the yin of liver and kidney,such as the exhaustion of oil lamps,the drying of lamp heads and wicks,and the short-term brightening of lamps. Liver and gallbladder qi promotes qi movement and regulates the rise and fall of spleen and stomach. Like lamp oil,the lamp wick is located in the space of sanjiao. " Oil lamp theory" can classify insomnia as kidney edema insufficiency syndrome,requiring large tonifying kidney edema,which is equivalent to adding lamp oil to moisten the liver and kidney,thus playing the role of " strengthening water and making sunshine". Liver yin insufficiency syndrome needs nourishing yin and clearing heat,soothing liver and stomach,which is equivalent to adding lamp oil and moistening lamp wick,priming to the lamp head,then the fire will be reduced,and lead the yang into yin and sleep peacefully. Heart yin insufficiency syndrome needs heart,liver and kidney yin to be supplemented simultaneously,which is equivalent to adding lamp oil,moistening lamp wick and lamp head to an oil lamp at the same time.
