摘要
通过收集《邯郸市水资源公报》、《邯郸统计年鉴》及第二次河北省邯郸市水资源评价资料,提取10个与水资源承载力相关的指标,并对主成分分析法进行改进,利用原始数据均值化处理后的矩阵,对其进行主成分的提取。结果表明,在综合得分评价及主成分聚类评价中得出邯郸市水资源承载力基本呈现逐年回升态势;社会经济的快速发展和人口的快速增长是影响承载力的最主要因素;天然来水量不足及工业污染和农业耗水量大也是影响承载力提升的重要因素。通过编写SAS代码,对SPSS的不足部分进行补充,得到正确合理的评价结果,可在未来邯郸市的水资源承载力方面的研究上提供借鉴。
        This paper collects the Handan Water Resources Bulletin,Handan Statistical Yearbook and the second evaluation of water resources in Handan City,Hebei Province,10 indicators related to water resources carrying capacity were extracted,and the principal component analysis method was improved. The matrix of the original data was used to extract the principal components. The results show that in the comprehensive score evaluation and principal component clustering evaluation,the water resources carrying capacity of Handan City is basically rising year by year; the rapid development of social economy and the rapid population growth are the most important factors affecting the carrying capacity; Insufficient and industrial pollution and large water consumption in agriculture are also important factors affecting the improvement of carrying capacity. By writing SAS code,the article supplements the shortcomings of SPSS,and obtains correct and reasonable evaluation results,which can provide reference for future research on water resources carrying capacity in Handan City.
