摘要
随着计算流体力学领域的发展,利用计算机对压缩机气缸工作过程中的内部气体流场的变化进行分析,成为研究气体进入气缸后具体变化过程的主要方法之一。在实际的天然气生产中,通过压缩机对天然气进行增压是整个生产流程中必不可少的一环,气缸作为压缩机工作过程中的主要构件之一,研究其内部流场中的流体流动特性,对整个压缩机的能效所产生的影响具有重要意义。基于CFD方法,并采用动网格技术对气缸的工作过程进行瞬态模拟。通过建立流动模型、划分网格及进行具体的计算以确定气缸流场在实际流动中的温度场变化情况,为后续研究提供一定的参考依据。
        With the development of computational fluid dynamics, the use of computer to analyze the change of internal gas flow field during the working process of compressor cylinder has become one of the main methods to study the specific change process of gas entering the cylinder. In actual natural gas production, the pressurization of natural gas by compressor is an indispensable part of the whole production process. As one of the main components in the compressor working process, the cylinder is used to study the fluid flow characteristics in the internal flow field. It is of great significance to the impact of the energy efficiency of the entire compressor.In this paper,based on the CFD method,dynamic mesh technology is used to simulate the transient process of the cylinder. By establishing the flow model,dividing the grid and performing specific calculations to determine the temperature field changes of the cylinder flow field in the actual flow,it provides a reference for subsequent research.
