企业对产教融合的认知、需求、满意度及政策建议研究——基于吉林省538份企业调查问卷的分析

摘要
深化产教融合企业调查问卷结果显示:企业需要政府设立专门职能机构统筹推进产教融合发展,希望职业学校不断强化学生技术技能与企业相应岗位的契合度,亟需社会组织发挥好第三方桥梁纽带作用。为此,政府部门应进一步强化在深化产教融合领域的职能作用,制定并有效落实相关企业补贴、税收减免、用地、融资等优惠政策,加快推进职业学校股份制、混合所有制改革,指导行业协会提供毕业生就业质量评价和人才市场需求预测等服务。
        The results of the questionnaire to enterprises about integration of industry and education show that it is necessary for the government to set up need a special sector to promote the integration of industry and education,the vocational schools should increase the matchness of students' technical skill with position enquirements in enterprises,and the social organization should provide the third-party services. Therefore,some suggestions are put forward including strengthening the government functions,formulating and implementiy the policy about government subsidies,tax cuts,land,financing,and others, promoting the vocational school in jointstock system and diversified ownership reform,and guiding the industry associations to provide the supply and demand service.
