摘要
有效的租赁车辆配置能够帮助汽车租赁企业平衡顾客需求与车辆供给,基于动态价格激励机制,在顾客需求服从非齐次泊松过程的条件下,构建了具有滚动周期优化特征的动态随机模型,能够实现租赁车辆长期配置,并用算例验证了动态价格激励机制模型的可行性与有效性,结果表明模型可以帮助企业向顾客提供实时动态的价格激励决策,完成租赁车辆的有效配置,提高租赁车辆利用率的同时提升顾客的满意度。
The paper studies the rental fleet deployment problem which companies to make effective trade-off between customer demand and the supply of fleet to obtain the maximum benefit.Dynamic price incentives,customer demand obedience in the non-homogeneous Poisson process,build the corresponding dynamic stochastic model,which features a rolling horizon optimization,to achieve long-term fleet deployment.Numerical examples show the feasibility and effectiveness of dynamic pricing incentive model,the results show that the model can help businesses to provide customers with real-time dynamic pricing decisions incentive to complete the efficient allocation of rental vehicles,rental vehicles in improving utilization while improving customer satisfaction.
