摘要
针对传统软件对甲板局部静强度测试误差较大的问题,提出并设计了一种基于大数据分析的舰船甲板局部静强度测试软件。利用XML文档对甲板数据导入模块进行优化;利用大数据分析接口对载荷类型判断模块进行重组设计;再通过计算甲板的骨材强度和局部静强度,实现舰船甲板局部静强度的测试。通过实验论证分析的方式,确定基于大数据分析的甲板局部静强度测试软件的有效性,结果表明,大数据分析测试软件较传统软件的测试误差降低了20.951%,且测试过程中具有良好的稳定性。
        Aiming at the problem that the traditional software has large errors in testing the local static strength of deck,a software for testing the local static strength of ship deck based on large data analysis is proposed and designed. The deck data import module is optimized by using XML documents, the load type judgment module is reconstructed and designed by using large data analysis interface, and the local static strength of the deck is calculated to realize the local static strength test of the ship deck. The validity of deck local static strength testing software based on large data analysis is confirmed through experiments. The results show that the testing error of large data analysis testing software is 20.951% lower than that of traditional software, and the testing process has good stability.
