阴阳二十五人针刺理论探析

摘要
《灵枢·阴阳二十五人》是依据阴阳五行学说将人的形体分为五形并配合五色、五音归纳成二十五种禀赋不同的体质类型,依据传统中医的文化理论,根据每个人出生时的干支并与五运六气相结合确定针刺调治原则和方法。论述了出生年月日的干支代表的是人类个体的生命密码,具有相对的稳定性,可作为阴阳二十五形人分形标准,且有利于中医的科学化、有利于完善及辅助医者辨证论治的能力。阴阳二十五形人针刺调治原则为根据个体差异、外部环境、气血盛衰确定生命磁场主波动频率、确定调治的主要部位、确定调治的主要穴位,针对患者临床症状和疗效灵活调整治疗方案。
Human body is categorized into five shapes according to the theory of yin and yang and five elements in Miraculous Pivot·Twenty-Five Types of People Divided According to Yin and Yang,which are combined with five colors and five sounds and summarized into twenty-five different types of physique. According to the traditional culture theory of Chinese medicine,the heavenly stems and earthly branches of each person's birth and the combination of the five circuits and six qi,the acupuncture principles and methods are determined. The heavenly stems and earthly branches of each person's birth represent individual life code with relative stability which can be used as the criteria for dividing the twenty-five types of people. It is conducive to the scientificization of traditional Chinese medicine and improves the physicians' ability of syndrome differentiation. The acupuncture principles of twenty-five types of people include:determination of the main wave frequency of life magnetic field,the main part of treatment,the main acupoints of treatment according to the individual difference,the external environment and the conditions of qi and blood,flexible adjustment of treatment plan according to patients' symptoms and clinical efficacy.
