摘要
目的分析将人文关怀理念引入体格检查模拟教学中,提高中医院校学生体格检查操作水平及人文素质的效果。方法随机抽取我院中西医临床医学专业学生进行问卷调查,发放问卷169份,收回169份,通过调查了解学生对体格检查中人文关怀认识的情况,总结出在教学中需改进的问题及应对措施;后随机将部分学生分为试验组及对照组,将相应措施应用于试验组的教学中,对照组采用传统的教学方法,教学结束后进行测试,比较2组测试结果。结果对照组平均分为(71.55±9.19)分,试验组平均分为(78.1±8.63)分,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中医院校体格检查模拟教学中引入人文关怀,可促进学生对人文关怀的理解,培养了学生的学习兴趣,提高体格检查操作水平。
Objective In order to improve physical examination operation level and improve the humanistic quality of medical students,promote the students to understand humanistic,the teachers of traditional medical college put the humanistic care concept into the physical examination simulation teaching. Methods Students of Clinical medicine specialty of traditional Chinese and western medicine were extracted random to questionnaire investigation.Investigate students with questionnaire survey,169 questionnaires,169 copies.Through the investigation,the teachers can understand the students' awareness of humanistic care in physical examination situation and summe up the problems and resolvent in the teaching.The teachers divided the students into experimental group and control group.The corresponding measures are applied in the experimental group in the teaching,the traditional teaching method are applied in the control group used. After the end of the teaching,we test the students and use statistical methods to analyze and compare the results.Results In the control group,the average score was(71.55±9.19).In experimental group,the average score was78.1±8.63,P≤0.05,there are significant differences.Conclusion If the teachers put humanistic care into the physical examination simulation teaching in Colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,it can improve the students' understanding of humanistic care,cultivate the students' interest in learning,improve students' physical examination and operation level.
