摘要
采用文献研究、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法,对功能性体能训练的内涵旨向、结构功能及本质属性和进行分析探讨。研究认为:功能性体能训练的内涵旨向,集中体现在体能训练本身必须满足于或适应于先期期望达到的体能功能诉求;"结构功能逻辑"体现在:功能性体能训练的三个维度对应三大功能诉求;改进身体形态适应于"物质基础功能"诉求,强化身体机能适应于"动力控制功能"诉求,提高运动素质适应于"能力整合功能"诉求;"物质基础功能"和"动力控制功能"作为"能力整合功能"的基础和条件,服务于运动素质的整合提高;功能性体能训练的本质属性是使训练参与者在身体形态、身体机能和运动素质三个方面更好地满足或适应于提高或维持运动表现或日常生活必需。
        By using the methods of literature study,expert interviews and logic analysis,we analyzed the connotation purport,structure function and essential attributes of functional training to strength and conditioning. The connotation purport of functional training to strength and conditioning is mainly embodied in that training itself must satisfy or adapt to the expected demands of strength and conditioning. That the structure function logic are embodied in revealing corresponding relationship between"three functional demand"and"three dimensions"of functional training to strength and conditioning,improving body shape to suit the demands of material basis function,strengthening body function to suit the demands of power control function and improving sports quality to suit the demands of ability integration function;which material basis function and power control function as the basis and condition of ability integration function,serving the integration and improvement of sports quality. and that the essential attributes are to enable the participants to better meet or adapt to the needs of improving or maintaining sports performance or daily life in three aspects:body shape,physical function and sports quality.
