综合性护理在减轻痔疮患者术后疼痛及尿潴留中的研究进展

摘要
痔疮是临床中常见的慢性肛门疾病,目前临床中主要采用手术治疗,其临床效果明显,但多数患者在经治疗后多伴随疼痛、尿潴留等并发症,给患者的生理与心理都带来了极大痛苦。但在临床护理医学的不断进步与发展下,多种护理模式在临床中得到广泛应用,尤其是综合性护理的应用,作为一种具有整体性、全面性特征的护理方式,其对于降低患者术后尿潴留发生,缓解疼痛症状有明显效用。护理干预是目前临床治疗中不可或缺的服务模式,其对于减少并发症发生,促进患者尽早恢复健康有着积极意义;尤其是综合性护理的应用,该护理模式遵循以患者为中心的护理理念,为患者提供更加全面、优质的护理服务,有效减轻患者生理与心理上的痛苦。在本文中,则针对综合性护理在减轻痔疮患者术后疼痛与尿潴留中的研究进展做出论述。
Acne is a common chronic anal disease in clinical practice. At present, it is mainly treated with surgery in clinical practice. The clinical effect is obvious, but most patients have complications such as pain and urinary retention after treatment, which are related to the physiology and psychology of patients. It is a great pain. However, under the continuous advancement and development of clinical nursing medicine, a variety of nursing models have been widely used in clinical practice, especially the application of comprehensive nursing, as a holistic and comprehensive nursing method, which reduces the patient's surgery. Post-urinary retention occurs, and pain relief symptoms have a significant effect. Nursing intervention is an indispensable service model in clinical treatment.It has positive significance for reducing complications and promoting patients to recover health as soon as possible; especially for the application of comprehensive nursing, the nursing model follows the concept of patient-centered care. Provide patients with more comprehensive and high-quality care services, effectively reducing the physical and psychological pain of patients. In this paper, the research progress of comprehensive nursing in relieving postoperative pain and urinary retention in patients with acne is discussed.
