摘要
为了探索由三毛滴虫导致小猪腹泻的发病机理,对20头三毛滴虫病死猪及10头健康猪的空肠、盲肠和结肠等肠道内容物进行pH值测定。结果表明,20头三毛滴虫病组的空肠、盲肠和结肠内容物pH平均值分别为6.6±0.4、6.9±0.5、7.0±0.6,而健康对照组的肠内容物pH平均值分别为5.7±0.3、6.1±0.4、6.0±0.5,三毛滴虫病猪的肠道pH值极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),在生产实践中可通过降低肠道pH值来预防猪三毛滴虫病。
        In order to explore the etiopathogenesis of tritrichomonas diarrhea,the pH value of the intestinal contents of jejunum, cecum and colon in 20 cases with tritrichomoniasis and 10 healthy pigs was detected. The results are as follows: the average pH values of jejunum, cecum and colon contents from the 20 cases were 6.6 ±0.4、6.9±0.5、7.0±0.6, respectively; while healthy controls were 5.7 ±0.3、6.1±0.4、6.0±0.5. The difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.01).The pH value of tritrichomonasis group was obviously higher than that in the control group, Lowering the intestinal pH is suggested in daily farming for preventing tritrichomonasis.
