我国中医类门诊部和诊所的政策沿革、运行现状与尚存问题分析

摘要
通过对我国中医类门诊部和诊所的政策沿革、运行现状以及尚存问题进行分析发现,我国的中医类门诊部和诊所的诊疗人次由于机构和人员数的增长而保持增长,但实际上工作效率却在不断下降。建议尽快落实中医诊所备案制,落实多点执业,鼓励人才培养与合作,探索多样化连锁化中医服务,将中医类门诊部和诊所纳入基层医疗机构统计管理。
Through analyzing the policy reform, current operation status and the existing problems of Chinese medicine outpatient clinics and clinics, it found that the visit of clinics and clinics in traditional Chinese medicine outpatients increased because of the increase of institutions and personnel, however, the work efficiency kept decreasing. It was suggested to implement the record system of traditional Chinese medicine clinics, implement doctor multi-site licensed, encourage the talent training and cooperation, explore diversified chain of Chinese medicine services, and introduce the clinic departments and clinics of traditional Chinese medicine into the statistical management of primary medical institutions.
