摘要
文章以分布式光伏发电为例分析了配电网分布式电源消纳引起的各类电能质量问题的原因,提出并定义了电能质量扰动功率的概念,并针对不同类电能质量指标分析了对应扰动功率的计算方法,在此基础上定义了一种电能质量危害权重分析的归一化系数用以确定分布式电源消纳引起的电能质量影响权重。应用分析表明:文章提出的方法是可行的,可用于确定分布式电源消纳电能质量影响的权重。
        In this paper,the distributed photovoltaic generation(PV)is taken as an example to analyze the reasons of power quality due to distributed generations(DGs)consuming in distribution power system.The conception of power quality disturbing power(PQDP)is proposed and defined;methods to calculate corresponding individual PQDP are also introduced. Based on PQDP conception,a kind of normalized power quality influence weight coefficient to be used for constraint the consumption of DGs is defined in terms of relevant national power quality standard limits. It is shown by the application analysis that the method proposed in this paper is feasible and can be used to identify power quality weight influenced by DGs consumption.
